Oil Technology Academy
The Oil Technology Academy at Taft Union High School is a career-focused program that integrates academic coursework with hands-on training in energy, engineering, and industrial technology. Designed for students interested in pursuing careers in the oil, energy, or technical fields, OTA provides real-world learning experiences through project-based instruction, field trips, and industry partnerships.
Students in the academy develop skills in teamwork, problem-solving, and technical applications while preparing for college and careers in the energy industry.
